He does seem to be doing a really good job at Coventry. If he keeps it up, and gets them up, I will be willing to acknowledge you having recognised a level of managerial talent in him that I hadn't seen elsewhere, because unlike his previous roles he isn't being gifted a significant squad advantage this time.
