Derby have picked up Rhian Brewster from Sheffield United. Annoyingly, they seem to be making some decent signings - three strikers in so far.
With Eustace in charge and a full pre-season, I can see them doing quite well unfortunately.

Think this could oddly be quite good for Spurs. Make/help them move on/evolve. He was really poor last season but given his status he was continually picked when he probably shouldn't have been.
