He is. Too loose canony for a big team to gamble on. Massively surprisingly the ref didn't exactly cover himself in glory. Failing to demonstrate adequate control and booking the entirely blameless Kerkez who didn't even do fake fall on the floor when butted.

Gianni says no, but I'm sure if it's a success in 2026, we can expect all major final (Champions League, FA Cup, Euros, World Club Cup, World Cup etc) half-times to be extended to at least half-an-hour pretty quickly.
As Tricky always says, follow the money. FIFA/TV companies will have seen how much the NFL/US broadcasters makes from the half-time show (rights/adverts) and want a piece of it. -
