I see that refs are now not giving penalties for a hand ball where the arms are in a natural position. The trouble with that is that they were previously giving those as penalties because the arms in those cases were judged to be in an unnatural position.
So they have been lying to you, one way or another. There are plenty of other examples.
As a general rule how much confidence do you have, and how invested in the word are you of, people who systematically and habitually lie to you?
