Completely pointless as biology has suggested we will still revert to type after a bit, but here goes....
With the news that Whole Foods (A large, supposedly healthier store in the USA, bought by Amazon) is selling grass fed Beef that is chock full of microplastics. I think I am fooked anyway. Since last June wifey made the decision to not really drink anymore. I have followed suit, even though for Christmas most of my clients rather than give me filthy lucre for have gifted me loads of bottles of Bourbon. Which I admit I like but unfortunately health care over here is so shit, the thought of getting cancer in this country is truly terrifying.
So I decided the course of action with my average of 14 hour work days is that i will endeavour to not eat late. I usually work until about 8pm every night and if traffic is good then I can get home in 30 minutes. This will involve having to box wifey's magnificent food and eat it the next day. This also poses the problems of when and what to eat before getting home so I am not too hungry to sleep. And Sleep. I average 5 hours a night as I am up before 5am and go to bed roughly after 11. With waking up at 3am because my late food has spiked my blood sugar..
So I guess, I am going to go full Ingo and try and be in bed by 10pm. Ironically I am never tired at night just during the day. Damn you eating habits and Circadian rhythms.
So, booze, eating late and better sleep. I give it maybe 3 days to a week.
I'm fooked aren't I?
