Now then, don't be too hasty. He grew up on the mean streets of Framlingham, don't forget.

I love electronic music but it doesn't lend itself to live performance particularly. Or so I thought until I saw Sofi Tukker live tonight.
An incredible spectacle.
Wow, my first proper gig and what a result.
Played some shit golf then got the bonus news on the 19th that wifey was driving.
Start of the gig was a bit ropey, someone bought me a Budweiser, never good, but then I saw they had Camden hells on tap and after that it was incredible. £8.35 a pint was steep but when I'm Rome..
Also some music
Confused. You went to your first ever gig last night? EVER?! Also who was it. That's kind of a standard thing to mention but I appreciate you seem to be new to this world.

Think he covered it in the Annoying Me thread a couple of days ago.

I am taking my boy to see the Hoosiers tonight, may have mentioned that I have only ever seen bucks fizz and take that before.
I have no idea what to expect, it's at the 02 academy in Bristol, praying the wife will drive so I can have beers.*
With that track record of gigs I can imagine that he's unsure about them. Presumably he's making his mind up about the Hoosier experience and if he decides he liked it, he'll be back for good.
I'm unsure the theme you're going for but I'm seeing Bucks Fizz and Take That lyrics in there
I love music, have it on all the time, just never felt invested enough in a single artist or band to go and watch them.
I chose the Hoosiers as my son loves music and wanted to go to a gig, as he is Autistic I thought this would be a gentle introduction to it and we can build up from here (same reason I take him to England women internationals).
I did really enjoy it and he had a great time so win/win. Will go again but mainly for his benefit.
The support act was called Honey buzz and the lead singer had a touch of the Claire Grogan so that helped.
