Good book. But I think Russ' trip sounds closer to Deliverance.

Not even remotely. I'm going back to a nice hotel each night and relaxing in a hot tub before going out for a restaurant dinner. Well, pub maybe.

A Walk in the Woods is my favourite book of all time.

Where do they sell the picture book version?

I thought you were going to watch Forest youth team in a tournament of some sort?

Nominally. These things are always just an excuse for a piss up.

Babelfish says: Russ will be caning tequila in a bar most nights, and sleeping it off during the day.

I am, although as it turns out I'll only see one Forest match. The tournament is 6:30 every evening though, so it's not going to be consuming much time.

Made it to Kamloops, which is much nicer than I expected. First match of the tournament tonight, Arsenal Women U21 vs League 1 BC Selects.

The Forest U21 lads are all here watching the Arsenal U21 women. Not such a shabby view from the stadium either.

I don't recognise any of the Forest players - I assume any I would know are doing preseason with the senior team.

To be fair I don't recognise most of the first team players these days.

Arsenal U21 Women getting surprisingly spanked. BC midfielder just curled an absolute beauty into the top corner from 25 yards to make it 5-1.

The academy have been posting stuff from Poland in the last few days. And obviously a few of them were in Portugal on Saturday night. So not sure who or what you were watching.

If it's the under 18s, Osong won't be part of it and Russ just thinks all young black men look the same.
