I've seen Take That, in Coventry, on the previous Circus tour. Thanks to the best efforts of the Luftwaffe there are precious few decent drinking options left in Cov centre and the ground is ill prepared for shifting large qtys of anything that isn't beer. We had a hotel about 10 minutes taxi away which worked OK after the event. I'd suggest booking somewhere to eat for before well in advance as options are limited and work on a taxi able distance when choosing hotels. We went before Premier Inn monopolised overnighters and took all fun/jeopardy out of it but as suggested above you know what you are getting and its always serviceable. Book in advance. My other suggestion would be stay round the NEC if there's nothing significant there, some nicer hotels that are cheap on low demand days.

My favourite song is Never Forget, I listened to it twice on the morning on the playoff final and these days it reminds me of Steve Cooper.

So I am in a shitty 2 star at a push hotel somewhere in Bumfuck, Albania.
What was Ryan Airs customer service like?
No fucking idea as no one has spoken directly to people but by some form of magical osmosis, we managed to move in a herd like way to get sorted. To say Ryan Airs management of this has been shit would be over egging the pudding.

Currently in Zion national park. Going to climb Angel's Landing tomorrow sans Wifey who had a funny turn today. It's meant to be pretty scary (and I don't like Heights) but I have to give it a go as you only live once. Only a couple of people have died falling off so the odds are in my favour. Although this doesn't really seem mundane. Unless it is and it's a piece of piss.

In the middle of the night, the flight got reschedule till 11am so missed the breakfast I badly needed to get on the coach that no one told us about. Back to the airport and the flight is now re re re re re scheduled for 3pm.
