I've been on it. It is indeed a bit claustrophobic.

I have not been on it. The portilloing might outweigh the claustrophobia but I'm not sure.

Might have upset one of the football squad by describing their occupation as pedalling debt to strangers...rather than mortgage broker.

Being a mortgage broker must be one of the easiest jobs in the world.

They get a very handsome fee for using a search engine to find a mortgage deal. And even more if they can flog some life insurance at the same time.

Its quite a story, apparently, with some detractors crying 'fake'. I say go fuck yourself, he's capitialised on a genuine passion and made aomething of it. Fair do's to him I say.

On one of his YooChoob shows, JLingz is his 'guest'. It's from late last year. No Forest talk, but he comes across a very nice man. Again.

Satisfactorily replaced the battery on my (now) spare phone. Incident free.

Dunno all about the UK, but I know a bunch about what they do down here.. and it’s not that. They do a shitload of admin and compliance stuff that banks require, so even on a fairly straightforward deal there’s a bunch of work.. and they only get paid if the loan actually settles.

Search engines and comparison sites are great if you’re a PAYE employee with 20% equity and no cashflow issues.. but an awful lot of lending is a lot more challenging, and Google can’t tell you how and where to get it done.

It’s a tough job. That doesn’t explain why so many of that are twats though.

And then they try and pass all the work on to accountants, in the process showing they haven't got a clue what they are talking about

My mortgage broker is a nice guy. Not sure he's done that good of a job for me, but he saves me the effort of having to do my own shopping around and paperwork.

Many of the ones I have dealt with try and get me to make up figures

Oh yeah, a big part of their skillset is knowing which lies the bank needs telling so that they (the bank) has plausible deniability for lending outside of regulatory guidelines.
