Even worse if you can imagine that.

I ordered a pair of jeans from eBay
Picked up the parcel today, and was rather surprised to find about a dozen bras inside.

I messaged the seller and he asked for a photograph. It's unlikely that I'd wrongfully claim to have received bras as the incorrect item. He claims he has no knowledge of the item and the only thing he has posted lately is the jeans. The order's gone tits up, and it's his arse on the line.

Two parcels from Vinted today. First one two brand new M&S jumpers, with tags, marked up as £28 & £25, as well as three less new tops for the wife, cost £19 all in. Second parcel two brand new, with tags, M&S t-shirts, with tags at £20 each, cost £8 all in.

I have a feeling all might be nicked. Vinted is ace, basically hire a shoplifter.

Played 36 holes while drinking a vast amount of beer yesterday. Everything is creaky and sore today.

That's unfortunate. We try to deport all of our problematic man-children over there. It's going to have to be with force for him.

Stephen Fry once said that the definition of the word "countryside" was "the killing of Piers Morgan".

I'm making a conscious effort to reduce the amount of rubbish that I generate. In the two week period since last bin collection, the entire rubbish that I created in the house can fit into an old pringle tube (part of the rubbish itself).

Apart from the washing machine that I need to bin.

We recycle everything that can be recycled, and we compost all our food waste in a FoodCycler. We still generate about a bag full of garbage per week and I can't be bothered trying to make an effort to reduce it further.

I hardly ever put waste in the bin.

I find most things burn a treat. No more plastic in landfill for me.

Great stuff. Well done. What sort of things have you managed to eliminate? There's a refill shop opened near us that I'm intending to start using.

Edit: Did you just eat out every meal??

For the washing machine, will a scrapper not come and take it? Scrap is high enough value here that if you leave an old appliance at the end of your driveway it will be gone within hours.

Or, if you live in a rough enough area, put a sign on it, For Sale, £50.

    Someone will nick it.
