Second day in a row of finding a dead pigeon in the back garden. Think there must be a new cat in the street.

On my way into Nottingham for team drinks. Me and five women. Mrs BW thinks I'm going to look like the token gay, which sounds fun.

I don't think it quite qualifies for the BLS thread but we're taking on a second unit from Wednesday to house two sections of our business. Whilst most people seem to view this as a sign of progress (or if more cynical some kind of humble brag) I am shitting myself so I am taking the time honoured approach of sharing with Talkback for no real reason other than to make myself feel better. Financing growth through CF is hard work so timing it with moving house is genius.
Don’t worry mate, I’ll be ordering half a dozen t shirts this week. That should ease any anxiety.
Establishment costs scare me. Lockdown did us a huge favour in that we went from an office on a lease over years to shared office space with a 6 month notice period with all services thrown into the not that expensive fee. But we don't have much "stuff" to store.
We're manufacturing so if we've got it right there should be a pretty linear relationship between space and profit. Obviously it's the "if" I don't like.

As long as there's the demand. Good luck with it anyway. I admire people who relish the extra stress.

Another one in the front today.

Depends what your contract for the space is like. Long term lease?
Has Tom Lehrer's family moved into the neighbourhood?
Could be a parasite. We had a spare of dead birds one year, sent one into the lab, they said there was a parasite. To throw away all the feeders and not feed for a few months

The zombie apocalypse starts here! Joy!
One thing that’ll keep my spirits up during the zombie apocalypse is at least I’ll know RC will be enjoying it as much as me.
The thing everyone always overlooks when it comes to talking about the zombie apocalypse is the overwhelming likelihood that they'll be a zombie.
