I go in changing rooms. To my knowledge nobody has ever tried to photograph my arse there.
Presumably camera phone wide angle lenses aren't up to that yet?

Has Tricky dispensed with the text size option. Does this mean that we can't do subtle anymore and everyone has to be loud and screamy?
Bloody Yank Influences.
Chicago: Searching for a place to live.
Packing. Until Yesterday we had no destination to go to as we have to exit our condo June 29th. The House we are buying is only over a month behind estimations.
It won't be done now until July and it still has to Appraise at 500K otherwise we are fooked and cannot get our loan. Then we get the house we have to spend another 10K to fix the second floor as the developer refused to put wood floors upstairs because (well fuck we don't know, we even offered to pay them to do it and they refused), which will take an extra week. So Hiring Storage Pods and throwing everything we own into a storage place for fuck knows how long..
We will be living day to day in the city near my place of work due to the charity of a client who is charging us a very decent rate for her Air B N B. Winner!
Chicago: Quickly running out of dosh.
When I bought a new build it was meant to be a month delayed but ended up being eight.
Bought a new beer fridge, because the old one is too small and is being repurposed to the outdoor kitchen. Celebrating the arrival of the new beer chilling unit by drinking chilled beer and shopping for a kegerator.
Miss Shady and I stayed at the Crown Plaza in Nottm last night as a treat (after leaving Little Miss Shady with the grandparents). Nice room, enjoyed the pool and spa area, and they chucked in a 4 free drinks for some reason which, given Mrs Shady doesn't drink, I tactically spent on beer and bought her cokes. All the tennis lot were staying there, but I didn't recognise anyone unfortunately (unless it was a big star I probably wouldn't tbh). Went to The Cosy Club for dinner. Not been before. Decent. Liked that it felt a little bit fancy, but the prices were fine and it wasn't pretentious. The sights on the way back reminded me why it's best to avoid city centres of most towns on a Saturday night. Though I enjoyed the music blasting out of Pit & Pendulum and on another night would have popped in for a pint. Breakfast this morning was plentiful but nothing to write home about. Being able to checkout at 12 rather than say 10 or 11 felt like a nice perk.
So I raised my issue with photos in the changing rooms in a polite way and the duty manager threw what can only really be described as a scranny. It's not illegal, if it was they don't have the resources to police it, they can not afford bouncers, no one will listen anyway, they do it in the ladies too, the centre closes in 20 minutes, she has a report to finish, she is off on holiday from tomorrow (today) and is not working late for nothing again. This is the managers problem, not hers, fill in a complaint form. Brilliant.
So I've filled in a complaint form for the manager and have requested to see the official policy on the issue.
Pop into the womens changing rooms, and start taking pictures in there. You'll soon find out what they can, and cannot, do.
Say you are Martha (she/her) and they can't say a thing.
I have been discussing with our HR folks whether, if I change my pro nouns to she/her, does that help our diversity stats. Answer seemed to be yes. Not sure what the downside would be.
I'm trying to keep my argument concise and rational rather than a rally against the 21st century because I can't be arsed/refuse/struggle to keep up with times.
I'm going with your primary mandate is safe guarding, I would have thought your second is to drive up participation, I beleive this practice is contrary to both. How do you plan to address it?
P.S I wasn’t me wot wrote ‘gaylords’ on the mirrors.
The gym me and the kids used pre Conid is a council one (it's over the road from our house, so convenience makes up for slightly below normal facilities). I had success by copying the local councillors into my complaint (which was to do with change of rules to not allow kids to go except for between 4 and 530pm). Used similar participation arguments with added childhood obesity, council duty etc. Rules got changed back.
I imagine you have thought of nothing else since Monday so here is you gym update.
I didn't hear back after the angry person asked me to fill in a complaint form so yesterday I emailed. I was told it was against policy and they would put up signs and police it as best they could. I replied thanking them for taking action and suggesting if some staff are holding a position at odds with this policy some training is required. This was acknowledged.
I shall of course be monitoring the situation now and raising any issues via email.
Yours, Karen of Bingham.
Will the signs be written in soap?
I've only done a bit of sign writing but soap is a bit of industry no-no, washes off quite easily.
