I like the idea of superglueing protesters to windows. Glueing french spiderman to the seventh floor, even better.

Ran down to the bus stop at the manvers. Biomechanics excellent. Walked back from the manvers to home after six pints. Biomechanics not so good.
Had a McRib earlier. For old time’s sake. Nothing has changed, it’s still basically dog food with BBQ sauce. Vile.
Ate the lot 7/10.
Sens and Forest win 3 nil, with Forest winning 3 on the spin and sitting 3rd in tbe table. Today is the November 3rd.
Today then I shall be mostly wearing my Psycho shirt and playing De La Soul.
What about Embrace?
"3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18". Classic.
There have been many to be fair, but De La Soul's version was my first.
Quite. Accept no pale imitation. Insist on your magic number with (De la) Soul.
Wifey is out of town. Clocks went back. I cycled three miles to go play football. This is the only way to warm up the knee to play. It’s been three years since my knees were so bad i couldn’t even walk. I said fuck it, let’s try.
I was utterly wank but I did enjoy myself and almost scored and also did a sweet one/two with a very good player only to be totally taken out as I passed for the equalizer. Then I had to cycle back home. My poor body.
Anyway, totally worth it.
Chicago: Utterly knackered.
I tip the rubber crumb out of my astro boots after every time I play. Decided to take the insoles out and clean them a bit better. Found 3g of rubber crumb under them (about 2 tbsp). Also found identical splits in the sole of both shoes, directly across the boot behind the ball of the foot. Have attempted a repair with epoxy glue.
Note to self: refuse any offer from Tricky of apple crumble "with a twist".
Got a Newcastle ticket from the ticket exchange.
Spent a bit of time looking in the airing cupboard, wondering what I'd gone there for. I'd gone there for the fridge. Well. It had a door.
Dead pigeon at the back of our house this morning.
Is that a metaphor?
I didn't examine it too closely but it didn't seem to have a head, so almost certainly.
I think it's (was) a bird.
