I've never driven a motorcycle on the road (despite having held a provisional licence for them since the age of 17). That is entirely my rationale.

I fucked about on a little 125cc for a bit when I was a young lad. After coming off that twice I figured I’d be dead within a week if I got anything bigger/faster, so finally booked in for driving lessons

I’ve never heard that but I wouldn’t be surprised if it was a thing. Traditionally they mean different things depending on where you are in the world. Mostly love or romance.
Caveat: I have five tattoos with flowers of some description as some part of them. Three have roses.My midlife crisis has been cracking along for years now. The most recent evidence being a record collection that’s taking up far too much space in our front room and a sizable chest tattoo (shoulder to shoulder, just below the neck to upper stomach). Sternum shading was, by some distance, the most uh.. ‘challenging’ tattoo session yet.
