Loaf, I've met RC, I don't think he's your dad. Sorry mate.

I’m a decorator. I’ve never done the Robin Askwith style of knobbing the housewives either, unfortunately.
Though in my very naive youth I painted a call girl’s exterior (ahem) and it was only a few days after that I twigged.

Not sure if she was your mum, but I didn’t anyway even though I think she offered me a freebie but I was too dumb to notice.

I've just learned, over time, that computers really don't care when you talk to them.

Alarm usually set for 07:15 giving me time to get the boy ready and do the school run, but this morning the cat decided to come into the bedroom and puke at 6am!

Alarm normally 6.10. Do my chores and leave about 8.

Being old I often wake earlier. 4.30 this morning, I usually just read

Alarm set for 4am to be at work by 5am... but I also like to have a different Alarm set for 2:30am so I can have the joy of going back to sleep for a bit.

Congratulations, in a sea of mundane mentalness you take the prize for being the most mental.

Well done for not making the "your mum" joke that I have been desperately resisting.

I set an alarm if I have a plane to catch and for that reason only.
My boss can do one if he expects me to start work at a particular time each day.

I generally have an alarm set for 8 so I can wander around having coffee and breakfast before starting work at 9ish. I'm on Eastern time and I support teams across the country, so I'm sometimes required for meetings in the evening but very rarely early morning, which suits me fine.

I work with people in India, Europe, all across North America, Singapore and Sydney. So my meeting times can be all over the place! Often feel a bit uncomfortable about it, as although it's never said out loud, nobody seems to mind the Indian team having to work early morning (6/7am) or late evening (8/9pm) to attend - it's a given - but putting a meeting in at those times for the team in NYC is never even considered.
