    We said it was Bernieinnesque.

I had the "cheapest" sirloin. It was ok, but not good quality. As Tricky (sort of) says I have had a better quality steak at a Table Table.

In my head I thought they were supposed to be decent quality. I wish I'd gone to the Toby.

So. You like your quality steak to have a bit of quality about it then?

    For the quality?

And not be served in an environment resembling a Parisian brothel. Ideally.

Out of coffee beans - next shipment should arrive tomorrow (I have an account with Pact). Just made a cup of Mrs BW's decaf instant. Good lord.

    Sorry Tricky.

Finished a 36hr working weekend behind the bar at a countryside rave. Young people don't rave. It was pretty much 40+. 60 year old men with their tits out. Lots of love.

500 people spent about £60,000 on drinks. Based on the faces people were pulling, the spend on other things was significantly higher.

Neh bother, at least you know that you are doing wrong. Six hail mary's and a bit of how's your father when the proper caffeine juice arrives.

I too have ordered coffee today (I order periodically by the case). Delivery tomorrow. From here. Excellent stuff.

Last night heading home, I came across a shut A46. Irritating. So I had to go around via the A52 past Radcliffe. As I was closing on Saxondale a deer crossed in front of my car. If I'd have hit it, and damaged my car, and ended up with a need to get it fixed, and all of the inconvenience surrounding that, it would have been one of those combination of unfortunate set of events that causes trouble.

Marginally missed it. So it wasn't.

First day day back at work in 7 working days and 11 in total following the house move.

I do not have to leave quite as early as before, but instead of having an extra 40 mins or so in bed I have instead elected to get up as usual while enjoying take my time more so than I was previously able, and should still be at my desk at such a time to ensure I'm not walking in cold to whatever project related crisis has already materialised first thing.

    Which is nice.

I think a leisurely morning before work is one of the most underrated things in the world, and something routinely denied to many of us because the world is run by demented perverts who think doing stuff before 11am is virtuous.

I set my alarm a good 45 mins before I need to as I enjoy a leisurely mooch about in the morning on my own with the dog - emptying the dishwasher - looking at the news - without other people interrupting.

I’m going out on my bike if that helps? Anything to get away from the mundanity of talking about Harry fucking Kane.

I've just got back from another blood test. In and out in about a minute and a half. Might watch the test match in a bit, if it isn't raining.

I've just had blood test. Thanks for the reminder about the cricket. Thought it started tomorrow for some reason.
