See Clarkson is saying the crop this year will be disastrous, presumably because it’s been too dry. Last year’s was disastrous because it was too wet. Doesnt that suggest he’s trying to grow the wrong things?

Yeah - he should get a better crystal ball so he knows what the weather is going to be like on his farm the year before - cheap bastard.

For all that I defended Clarkson very recently, you have to enjoy the irony of a man who made millions from burning fossil fuels and denying climate change now getting fucked over by it.

Just went for a run cross country in Yorkshire. Woman with a dog who had seen an injured rabbit kit. I went and got it. Back was broken. I wasn't manly enough to wring it's neck. She's taken it to a vet to have it put down.

Early this evening at all you can eat all you can drink restaurant at a Dutch Center Parcs I befriended a man who amused our youngest by pointing out the stringyness of the cheese gratin. He reminded me of chic so I probably laughed more than I should. Since this moment he's been bringing me beer, and for last half hour his family have joined in on the joke. Obviously this gesture has cost him nothing but still. I'm now trying to pretend not to be wellowed.

I don't mind Clarkson and I like Clarkson's Farm. And I get that it's a tv show and it needs drama. But, if every year the harvest is a disaster because of the weather, you must be doing something wrong.

    Or, it's really hard.

It's my last day at work today.

That is to say, with my current employer.

I feel a lot more sad about it than I thought I would. (Just short of) four years has just zipped by.

When I started here we were firmly ensconced at foot of division 2 with Chris Houghton looking all at sea and division 3 football for the following year looking all but inevitable even at that early stage of the season.

So, if symmetry has anything to do with it we'll end up in the UCL places and / or finish an astounding cup run by going all the way this time.

Hunsbook tells me that 17 years ago today was my last day at The Haymarket. Even though I didn't have a job to go to walking away from there is one of the best moves I ever made, alongside retiring.

Finally got around to deleting my Twitter account. I only ever used it to check on Forest news - mainly transfers - but it's become almost totally unusable recently. So many bots and non-Forest related stuff on the #nffc timeline.

Farewell Musk, I won't be missing your algorithms.

Last year was a record breaking wet spring and this year has been record breaking drought. I have an allotment and even at that small scale you see the impact of these extreme weather events on seasonal crops. Farmers get a lot of crap but these last two years show it is difficult, and climate change is making it harder.

Clarkson is still a cunt though.

I realise posting work stuff is even more boring than my usual output but anyway...

Here is our bundles section: www.logomeup.co.uk/category/bundles/

Whilst looking up our main competitor in one of our key sectors we saw his bundles section: greenfrogpromotions.co.uk/online-workwear-bundles

I don't really know where to start with this one.

That’s pretty funny/taking the absolute piss - I might start using him instead now just for his bare-arsed cheek!

I don't know if I'm more annoyed about the piracy or the complete and utter half arsed job he's done with the graphics. Probably the latter.
