I've had pain on the inside of my left knee for about 2 months now, so it's probably for the best. I think it's perhaps a MCL injury. Or I'm totally fucked and need a new knee. Am arranging a Physio appointment.

I still finished 2nd in the Dad's race at Mrs Shady's sports day yesterday though which I was pleased about. One guy tripped and fractured + dislocated his shoulder!

I'm presuming this is an Americanism and you mean you had an argument with someone as opposed to lamping them, which tends to be a more pressing HR matter.

Is it? I don't think it's an Americanism, any more than saying you had a fight with your wife means your were throwing hands at each other.

I'd say someone had an argument with their wife unless they were throwing hands, in which case it would be a fight.

May just be me, though.
