I assume he was speculating as to who has the most overall (not just for Forest). Boly?

Not even close - Boly has 121, Wood 228.

Hold on, he is the only current one with more Forest appearances than Jason Lee isn't he?

Only one current Forest player has more Premier League appearances for us than Jason Lee.
    I found that interesting.
My query was inspired by a podcast stat that our highest scorer in the Prem is Bryan Roy.

I have another fun fact that only just occurred to me the other day (I appreciate I might be very late to this penny dropping party, however).

Forest have never managed more than three consecutive Premier League seasons since its inception, when football was invented, in 1992.

And we've only managed three consecutive season once, between 94/95 and 96/97. Obviously. Do. maths and stuff.

That's how I was thinking, yes.

Decided to temporarily assuage my current mid life crisis by getting another large tattoo. Have booked the first sitting for next month.

Did the second sitting today, it's now all coloured and looks fantastic. One more sitting to complete the last bit on the back of my shoulder and then that's it for tattoos.

..... wait no it isn't at all. I've already agreed to get one with a friend, I sent some pictures over to the artist and he's going to come up with a design for me this week. And then when I've done that we're going to start talking about incorporating my terrible tramp stamp into a much larger and more elegant piece going halfway up my back.

Last week I admitted defeat with my hayfever and bought some nasel spray. Tested it out fine but then after a few days use my symptoms hadn’t gone and I noticed it leaking as I was spraying. On further inspection I realised I’d replaced the cap after testing it so wasn’t actually taking any product.

In my defence the cap is a pathetic thin bit of clear plastic. But I perhaps should have realised before I did.

Had a flat doing about 60 on a dual carriageway on my way in this morning.... bit scary as I was.in the outside lane, but managed to limp into a near layby.

That's the second time this has happened in less than a year.

Anyway because I drive a (not all that) flash wankmobile EV with stupid wheels, there is no spare. So 2 1/2 hours in and the wheel guy has just left fucking Skegness of all places and is en route.

    Busting for a slash however.

The wife spent a bit of time sorting through the kids clothes and we had a bag full to go. All decent brands and all in good condition so I popped into the local kids hospice charity shop this morning to drop them off to be told they weren’t accepting donations today. Easily a couple of hundred quid to be made so sorry poorly kids but they went to the grumpy woman in the British Heart Foundation who took them ‘as it was only one bag’.

I was desperately shit on Tuesday. Couldn't get in to the game, and didn't affect it positively with or without the ball. Might as well not have been there. Which was depressing. And I felt good before the game.

Tonight played against a couple of young lads who I've managed before, who definitely fancy themselves. Was determined not to let the little shits get the better of me. Completely schooled them, despite giving up nearly forty years to them. A lad who I've played with for twenty five years asked if I was on performance enhancing drugs, and said it was the best he's ever seen me play.

Football performance is almost totally mental.

Starting work on the mezzanine floor for the business this weekend, will give us about 40% more floor space. All the usual stresses about can we afford it, has work dropped off, what the fuck am I doing etc.

Any rock and roll tramps in there?

Haven't been in The Queens for years. Friday afternoons were West End Theatre Softball League days. We used to pop in The Queens post-game / pre-work (soft drinks, obviously - we were all pros) (ahem). Then producers started banning cast members from playing. Then matinee days went from either Weds / Thurs to any day of the week depending on the show. Naturally the league didn't survive.
