I have just had lunch at the bakery in Southwell. MGW, wife and his 2 small kids were sat on table next to us. I always imagined the players would be at training ground doing last minute 'stuff' on match day. Obv not, or maybe he's not expecting to play tonight

I can confirm he was wearing trainers, but also wearing these baggy what I would call 'joggers' but I am sure they have some other name nowadays, which covered the trainers, so I couldnt judge the standard of said trainers.
As an addendum to my post, I am now feeling sleepy after my streaky bacon and Halloumi cob. MGW had the same but with lots of extras, so I hope hes going home for a nap or else he maybe sluggish tonight
