It’s a bit different given those going to Turkey will have to use the bus, unlike those who went to Burnley. And i wasn’t aware they needed a full police escort up the M6 which will also form a large chunk of the bill even if the journey is shorter across Istanbul.
It’s a very good gesture. It’s possible to recognise the flaws of Maranakis whiilst also acknowledging the good bits.
