League position is obviously not terribly important at this stage. But to be 12th after those 6 games (assuming Newcastle don't lose to Sheff U) is, I think, better than anyone could have realistically hoped.

Not me. I would have hoped for a draw against manure, and a win at home against burnley.
I'd hoped that Kylie was gonna call around for a gribble while she was in Leicester last weekend, but sometime you have to be realistic.
Why not? Think big. You never know until you try!
Chicago: Ambitious.
Yeah, in points terms we are, at best, one above par. However, in ‘not getting embarrassed by the top sides’ we have done very well indeed.
Now we have to play some ordinary teams and see how close we are to being amongst them.
Then who the hell is the scotch and the ginger blonde??
Well done Art, he needed taking to task on this. If he could maybe at least add squad numbers to his ramblings then if I can be bothered I can find out what he's on about.
After over thinking this as usual, Im not sure what value bringing Origi on added. I would have We had 4 forward on all ready. Him or wood for me. What about Yates who is not too bad at slipping in a through ball for the forwards and is great at arriving late on a set piece.
Although Yates late arrivals on a set piece usually end up with the ball in row z.

We went overly attacking for the last 15 minutes. Lost our shape. It's a pet hate of mine, that all managers seem to do at some point or other, where they just chuck all the attackers on and hope for the best - without thinking who is going to hang around the midfield and actually play the ball to them.
Me as well. It is difficult to find too much to criticise Coops for, but having a load of height up front and then barely getting a cross in seems odd to me.

Didn't he also have Gibbs-White, Elanga and Hudson-Odoi on at that time?
Presumably the intention is to overload the defence in the hope that someone will be able to get free.
2-0 is better than 6-0, which is also better than 8-0. Happy to chalk this one off but would like to see a continued better return from aways this year, particularly give the oceans of shite that have come up.
Ingo your obsession with numbers is really disturbing. Please confer with Art on how to go forward in your posts.
I thank you.
Chicago: fan of a beautiful mind.

Sorry Chicago, but we need to stick with the numbers for a minute...
2-0 is a 4 goal improvement on last year's 6-0. So next year's 4 goal improvement means we will beat Manc 2-0 at the Etihad. I've consulted with government statisticians and they have all confirmed this.
Squad numbers, it's not a big ask. If you print out the squad list you have it next to you screen. Or if it's easier get it tattooed down your forearm.
Norfolk, I totally concur that you are using the right governmental agency and I salute you. Now if we can just sort out these nicknames we will be square for the season.
Chicago: Talking to admin.
