Just back. That was stressful but ultimately a lot of fun. Started off with des jr bumping into Marinakis for a photo prematch then a great backs to the wall performance to follow. Honestly don’t think we had any choice with the subs - Danilo was obviously done, Taiwo had been looking uncomfortable in the first half and once we only had one sub window left we needed to empty the bench. At one point after that it looked like we might be trying to use a concussion sun for Yates - Niakhate looked ready to come on.
Echo the shouts for Worrall and Yates. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Chelsea look like they won’t improve much until they find a centre forward.

Still learning, yes. Have some limitations, yes (all players do).
Nottingham Forests have extra dig deep when they play, and we need it.
They also both demonstrated some very skillful walking of the line between fair and foul today.

That was one of best results I've witnessed for a good 20 years (I didn't make the playoffs). Chelsea are not great. We competed with them and even though they had much more of the ball we never looked in trouble. Yates wound them up. They were scared of Awoniyi. Boly was fantastic. Drip feed that team the extra quality we have just bought and we should do fine this year. First Forest game for my daughter who was subbed for Fulham away last year due to pukage with her disinterest sister. Stroke of luck as it turned out. She has seen England at Wembley and some lower leagues but that was the best. Forest fan made, thankfully. I'm so happy I'll concede the battle of the threads to the bastardly Jim. Maybe we should do that next time too.

I'm not planning to bother, but see Lineker is interviewing Cooper direct so maybe they will be a bit more attentive than usual. Cooper is excellent as always in the interview.
