Apparently the referee "can't hear", as well as the entirely normal and manageable "can't see".
It's hard to imagine how someone could see MGW's delivery, and not see the value in JWP.
No one has ever doubted JWP's delivery. He doesn't have MGW's legs or creativity though.
So far he's doing a pretty good job of letting the game flow, not blowing for minor infractions and embellished offences, and penalising the things that should be penalised. I've seen Tim Robinson before and I think he's one of the better ones.
No, that's why you play him as a 6 or 8, and not a 10.
