Appears I was the first person in the village to vote at 740 this morning. Guessing turnout for East Midlands mayor and Notts police thingy might not be high.

I've just voted - about the 50th to do so at our polling station.

    Just voted.

Confusing stuff, 3 sets of papers for Mayor/London Assembly and a curve ball of by election for 1 seat on Wandsworth council.

Our polling station is the nearest pub. We've never been inside before and judging by some of the clientele we've seen outside whilst walking past I doubt we'll be staying for a drink.

My polling station (that I’m running) is inside a nice country pub with views over the hills of West Sheffield.

Voting for mayor (lilac ballot paper) and a councillor (yellow ballot paper).

I said, 'the only one'. Bolsover? Quiet Woman? Isn't it? Etc.

I shall be attending the village hall after work to vote for the PCC in Leicestershire.

The current Tory incumbent, as you’d expect, is an absolute bellend.

I might have used it on Mrs Rave once or twice since we moved here.
    Purely in jest, obviously.
Though I expect it's used widely and hilariously during Saturday lunchtime bingo.

Not that I'm aware of, but there are Bank Holiday drinks offers all (next) week and karaoke and disco with DJ Dynamix every Friday.
Saturday's Bingo jackpot stands at £500. Alternatively you could join the Monday or Wednesday pool team.
Something for everyone, I'm sure you'll agree.

I am automatically suspicious of any pub with conspicuously displayed national flags.

My polling station is 2 minutes walk away. I've discovered there's the Plaid Cymru incumbent or either a Labour or Tory alternative for local police commissioner. If there was an independent Id vote for them, because I don't think police commissioner should be political, but as it is I'm struggling to gather the energy to get down the road.

Maybe I should just to spoil my ballot.

My missus is vote counting tonight. I shall ask her tomorrow how many rude spoiled ballots she got.

Last time out there was a few crudely drawn penises and at least one ‘none of these fucking cunts!’ and there’ll be at least one rude spoiled ballot this year in the mix as I’ll be doing one shortly.

    If I can be arsed.
