Big interview with Horvath in t'Athletic for those that subscribe (or can get around the paywall): theathletic.com/4498288/2023/05/11/ethan-horvath-usmnt-luton-solskjaer-forest/

Nothing too enlightening on Forest (unless you are surprised that Cooper is good with players and a nice guy).

"I would love to play in the Premier League, whether that is with Luton, Nottingham, or another team that has seen what I’ve done this season.”

Doesn't seem impossible for him to be first choice for us in the championship next year, if Luton don't go up, or even to have him as back-up in the premier league, as it's not a world cup year.

Picked up three interceptions too. Looking forward to the argument about that turning into a proxy war for trans rights.

Excuse me, I think you'll find it's called a coddlywallop, it's been called a coddlywallop since Lord Turnbull-Smythe first did it in 1861, and if you call it anything other than a coddlywallop we shall be mortally offended.

Also coddlywallop is now appearing in my predictive text.

    Isn't he about 5 foot 7?

Horvath plays in the po final; Panzo doesn't. Luton currently 1 up as a result.

In some ways, Luton going up would be more interesting with the problems with their ground. Playing away for the first month would stand a decent chance of killing their momentum before they got going.

    First Horvath flap sighted.

Lack of confidence on the ball, almost costs Luton a goal. It's still a clear "no".

Play off final seems to be a game of two halves

    Four halves, even.

Finback is not featuring for Carlisle today. Might still be injured.

He fought his way back from a serious knee injury but got injured again quite quickly on his return and was ruled out for the season.

He should change his name to Finnotback then.

Hwang came on for Norwich after 60 minutes when they were leading 1-0. There were no further goals. SofaScore rating 6.7

Lewis O'Brien started and finished for Boro away to Blackburn as they lost 2-1. He scored a rating of 7.0.

Jonjo Shelvey came off the bench after 74 minutes with Caykur Rizespor trailing 1-0. He assisted the winner as they came from behind. SofaScore rating 7.4. Former Forest flop Nelson Oliveira came off the bench for the beaten home team.

Bowler and Panzo may be playing for Cardiff later this evening.

I wouldn't call Nelson a flop. Think he was our top scorer and one of our better players that season. I would've been happy for him to have joined permanently.

You can add Dale Taylor, came on a sub for Wycombe and Finn Back played for Carlisle in their draw with Lincoln.
