630am for me but essentially I have been at work for at least 30. minutes to an hour anyway.

Unfortunately I have 18 clients Saturday which means I have to block numerous people from texting me as I won't be able to watch the game until the late afternoon.

    Chicago: Too popular.

In some ways I like an early KO, lots of time for drinking afterwards, but in other ways it's a pain - can't do parkrun and can't take Miss Shady to her drama class (which annoys Mrs Shady).

Parkrun is 3 and half hours before kick off, they also have many, many excellent locations near the WFCG.

Are you offering a shower at Chez Ingo after parkrun?

I'm aiming for the 10:30 train from Sheffield to Nottingham, so 9am parkrun is pushing it a bit by the time I've got home, showered, then to the train station.

You are correct in that I could get up very early and get to Nottm for 08:30 and do a local parkrun then go for a shower at a mates house, but I'm pretty tired and honestly don't want to do that

Does anybody else think that this is a little odd?

I didn’t realise the only way you could run 5k was to do a Parkrun. I’ve run 5k lots of times and have never done a Parkrun. I’m now questioning EVERYTHING

Personally I just enter a park run, and get someone else to run it for me. Why have a dog, and bark yourself?

Similarly, according to Mrs. Seán, any steps you, um, step didn't actually happen unless you're wearing a fitbit. Despite the actual evidence and relative location suggesting you really have physically moved using your own legs and shit.

I'm in computers. I can fake a gpx track, no bother. Personally I have a tracking device in my phone, for my own uses. This records car journeys, bike rides, etc.

I just don't share that with anyone but those who need to know, because I'm not an emotionally stunted man baby, in constant need of attention or validation. Also I'm not into giving those blasted Russian collaborators any more data than I have to.

    YMMV.

I believe it is possible to eat your dinner without going to a fancy restaurant as well.
