Absolutely fuck that ref for not allowing Murillo to have a pop.

Wasn't very good. Perhaps should have been two penalties to us as well.

Could’ve lived without him giving either if he hadn’t then given the weakest of the three shouts. Very odd.

McAtee and Hutchinson were there. Didn’t see the other two. Omari is tiddly. Hopefully he ends up peak Sterling.

Anderson won MOM. Probably the right decision but I would say the whole midfield was purring. Sangare got tired in the second half with a few cricks but generally all was excellent. I would have spaffed if MGW had scored that overhead. Brilliant game from him too.

Brentford are going to struggle. We looked good. The Palarse game is going to be very interesting.

Chicago: Having a happy Sunday .

For all my late negativity, I had 3-0 as my earlier pick. So close

Not much to add to what others have said. I think Ndoye may suit what we're trying to do this season better than Elanga - he doesn't have Elanga's blazing speed which is a less useful trait when you're trying to dominate the ball, and much as I love Elanga I don't think he would ever score a goal like that. I also liked Ndoye's defensive responsibility.

The first 45 might have been Morgan's best performance in a Forest shirt. He was unplayable.

We commented in the pub that he was in full on swagger mode.

The more I watch the 3rd goal, the better I realise Anderson's pass was.

Wonderful pass, but an equally wonderful run by Wood - he spots the gap so early.

Listening to Radio Nottingham on the way back, they thought they saw the Frenchman, but weren’t sure. Make of that what you will.

We were brilliant today, pleasure to watch. Loads of players and on it, special mention for Sangare though as he’s playing like most thought he couldn’t. Absolute beast.

And in future can minutes since please be applause as our fan base is clearly unable to keep quiet. Embarrassing TBH.

On the minute silence, am I alone in wondering why every club in the country is seemingly doing it? Like no offence, but what was Jota to us?

I can't say I'm particularly bothered. It's 60 seconds of being quiet. Whatever. Just seems a bit weird.

I’m guessing it was become the PL lost a current player.

All a bit meh but a sign of of the times.

But also a sign of the general breakdown in society that people think it’s ok to shout about Terry Hennessy, be generally disruptive and cap it off with a shout of ‘cockney wankers’ to a fairly bemused looking Brentford end.

Wonderful first time pass, that was the only delivery that could put that run in. Good strikers will often make that sort of run without ever being found. Deadlegs wouldn't bother, of course.

Feels like there's an element of trying to persuade yourself there...Elanga's strength and speed would get him in a lot, where others wouldn't get there...as we so recently saw. Ndoye showed some decent promise, good movement, excellent goal...but generally I'd like to see him develop a bit more strength, if more speed isn't an option. He needs a bit more of something (speed, strength, maybe confidence) to take his man on and be able to hold him off when he angles the run across the face of the defender. He was promising..but take away the goal and it would have been a frustrating performance that died on it's arse after 70 minutes and let his full back run free.

If he'd been sold a few weeks earlier we'd presumably not have bothered with it? Or would we? What's the time limit for a player being transferred but still getting a minute silence from his old league? I'm being silly of course.
