No way Marianakis will allow that

Even if we are in the bottom three?
Shit or bust! I'd take a European trophy and relegation myself.
I think I'd agree. But not a loss in the final and relegation.
Highly likely we’d need to beat Villa, over two legs or in the final. How likely does that feel right now?
I’m never convinced giving up on one competition helps with another. But having said that with us being in Europe I wouldn’t be against a very narrow defeat v Wrexham with a second string playing. But I’m not sure Dyche can afford a defeat there.
Depends what happens on Tuesday. Lose both and the sense of impending doom will put him on the brink. Beat West Ham and losing at Wrexham won’t look so bad, especially as it’ll either be a weakened or knackered team.
Delap has looked excellent today after coming on in their game at Manchester City. Done more in 10-15 minutes than João Pedro did in the first 60.

Not 100% convinced he's worth the money but we need someone (ideally a bit of a unit)
Big lump incoming alert! (or something....)
If not him (loan to buy?) then that Lucca bloke from Napoli tft 7".
Chicago: Short man in a land of Giants.
Agree. Maybe Wolves will accept less than £40m as West Ham have bought elsewhere and Newcastle no longer interested and he's only bagged one goal this season.
And that goal was a penalty. Question is whether they think they'll get more in the summer.
Kalimuendo loan with option to Frankfurt confirmed. No idea what the thinking was when we signed him. clearly not capable of playing as a lone striker at this level,
The Evan Ferguson rumour mill is in motion again.
Better than most options I've heard, if fit...
Oh, on loan to Roma.
(3 goals in 15 league games + 2 against Celtic in the Europa league doesn't scream "buy me".)
Allegedly also interested in an Italian striker from Napoli called Lorenzo Lucca. He's 6'7".
