    Gunn's injured, isn't he?

EDIT: sorry, was scrolling down the page and not realised this had already been pointed out

Can Gunn play? He can’t be worse than John, who seems even worse than that clown we had last season as back up.

Injured and not in the squad, so probably not.

It would be a bold selection.

I'm not sure. Did someone say that he might be injured?

If he isn't then Gunn might be triggered.

Can't see Dyche doing it but a three of Abbott, Boly, Morato isn't the worst on paper.

Uh, of all our squad permutations? It absolutely is. A well designed combination of advanced age, inexperience, immobility and ricks, all shoved into an unfamiliar formation.

Point being that they cover each others respective weaknesses. Although Savona (or ZA), Milenkovic, Murillo does the same job (allowing us to play wing backs to give Williams a week off) at a much higher level, with only Milenkovic was on international duty and in the least running position. It’s not that unfamiliar- Dyche has gone to a three to see out the Graz and Leeds games and Nuno, obviously, did it loads last season.

Dyche says Gibbs-White won't play tomorrow night because of a minor injury ("Nothing too serious, hopefully will settle down pretty quickly")

May just be that he's being rested, but I'll be really interested to see what McAtee can do, presuming he starts in his place.

Could see him playing Jesús behind Kalimuendo.

I thought McAtee looked reasonable against Sturm Graz though he was playing alongside MGW.

You would like to think that 35 big ones would buy you a number ten that could do a job at this level. Technically I don't have an issue with him. Physically is a problem a 'ship level...but shouldn't be here. I would absolutely want to see him play....at least to understand the scope of any problems. You always need a bit of beef to keep the foundations strong. At number ten less so. Jesus movement* should help him.

    * Not in a mysterious way...just constant intelligent movement working the defence and keeping them otherwise engaged.

I am not entirely sure Jesus will play so let’s hope Kalimuendo has picked up a few things like asking for the ball played to space or foot on the fucking grass. He is too small or physically unable to win a ball in the air. Something I hope the coaching team has been working on.

I agree with the tinfoil one. I am not sure Kali-no-Bueno is The Ginger Prince’s type of number 9 but hopefully I am wrong and he employs him in a way that will make us more dangerous.

Do we ever beat teams from Scandinavia unless it’s in a final of course.

    Chicago: history major.

Discovered today that the ex Leeds cunt Pontus Jansson plays for Malmö. Will be putting a bet on him to score ... And another that he gets a red card

Really looking forward to tonight, to the extent that I've just read the programme online. Not read one for years, but this is a 'bumper edition' or words to that effect, given the opposition. It should be a great occasion when the players from '79 are on the pitch pre match. Hope the game lives up to the hype, at least from a Forest perspective.
