We have 1.05 points per game under Nuno compared to 0.82 under Cooper. We've scored 52% more goals, and (this surprised me, because I thought Cooper was up on this) conceded exactly the same amount on average. The transfer budget has been much smaller under him, he's had the points deduction and VAR-angst casting a shadow on him. This suggests he's done pretty well.

There seem to be a lot of rumblings around, I wouldn't be at all surprised if Nuno isn't here before too long.

Like several others, I'm on the fence about Nuno. Wouldn't be sad to see him go, wouldn't be sad to see him stay. But if he is off, then please get it done quickly..

    Where are the rumblings?

Romano, cryptic answers in club press conferences about next season, links to de zerbi. Sounds similar to Pochettino at Chelsea, i.e. conversations to be had.

There's not been a lot of "we survived, now on to Europe" type shit they we have become used to.

There just seems to be lots of chatter on both sides that neither is particularly committed to the pairing. Nothing concrete.

We survived, now on to Toton.

Dyslexic forest supporters will at least still get to go Tonto.

We are “linked” to de Zerbi like we might be “linked” to, say, Connor Gallagher or Mbappe. Mentioned in the same sentence by some Muppet, but zero chance that they’re actually going to be spotted in a local Harvester / have Guru comment on their boots any time soon.

[Actually, talking of Loïc Badé, what the fuck was all that about. He gives every appearance of being a decent player; can anyone shed any light on his Omar Richards / Josh Bowler “blink & you missed it” time in NG2?]

Don't let him talk to you like that chic.

It may be very unlikely but I wouldn't be surprised if there's something from the owners on it though, their ambitious is not limited by realism. We know for example they approached Tuchel previously.

Likely to be out of their range. Match day game price, to pay for the new stadium, will be raised to ton.

I think Cooper didn’t like Bade as he wasn’t his signing. So wouldn’t play him. Like Andy O and Santos (who has done well in France).

But then he didn’t play Neco much either, who you’d think was his signing.
