We've blown a lot of promising positions with some terrible decision making.
Surprised Johnson hasn’t been booked yet.
I don't love Anderson and Morgan both being subbed, but in Nuno we trust.
Spence s(p)ent off.
Djed card!
Oh, well played.
What a thoroughly unentertaining game to watch, but I'll take it. Fulham scored an injury time winner and suddenly we're 3rd, five points clear of 5th and one point off 2nd. This season is a fucking dream and I don't want to wake up.
Last year, Forest throw that away in the final 15 minutes from set-pieces. Not having a panic attack every time there’s an opposing corner is quite the relief.
Blimey, we march / stagger on. Thankfully Spurs finishing was worse than our final ball / decision making.
And Maddison's atrocious cameo was hugely pleasing.
At this point I think we have to start being a bit more gracious. We're definitely marching and not staggering, and we're winning games because tactically Nuno is proving himself to be an outstanding manager with a team of players who are fully committed to and capable of executing his plan, both through their skill and their workrate. This isn't a flash in the pan, we're 3rd in the league at the halfway point of the season and it's not because everyone has an off day against us; maybe it's time we started giving this team the same respect that the rest of the league is.
That was a bit nail biting. Luckily for us spuds were a soggy potato when it came to finishing. Murillo brilliant again. I was also really impressed with Neco.
And for the record without MGW on the field pretty sure we wouldn’t have scored. Everything goes through Morgan. You will see when he is rested for the Poo-ton game.
Yates out with a suspension. Almost made it to the New Year. Hopefully we have a yoof player to put on the bench (Gardner?)
Chicago: Relieved.
Edit: Just reached our points total from last season. What a dream!
If I'm being picky I'd like a few more goals and a bit more possession.
Ange to be sacked?
More goals is good, just look at how well the top scoring team in the league are doing. (I'll save you looking it up, we just beat them today.)
I've been hearing Spurs fans for a few weeks talking about how Son has fallen off a cliff and assumed it was just their usual hyperbole, but he really was shit today.
Wtf?
But, seriously, wtaf?
Anyone else thinking, I hope Liverpool start dropping points?
