This is a trap game. We haven’t done well against the Spuds since we came back up. Which Totteringham side are we getting Boxing Day? The team that walloped Citeh 4-0 away or the team that played basketball against the Scouse.

Who the hell knows!!!! Is it a burn your fingers game or a majestic glide towards the Champions League. Oh and thank you Daniel Levy for Brennan Johnson even though I would still love him back at the WFCG. If someone kicks Kulescheski (or however you spell that ginger Swedish bitch’s name) then we have a good chance.

We are likely to also see Djed. Will he be up against our superstar Aina? It’s probably going to be mental.

I hope we win 2-0 and frustrate the hell out of them but they do score goals. So it could be 3-2 or 2-3.

I can even see Taiwo scoring in this game. This is the Christmas game I am most worried about as you know Evergone will be 0-0.

    Come on boys. ‘Ave it!

And oh yes Morgan plays due to being sent off against Brighton… (so no five yellow cards… Step up agent Ryan Yates)…

    Chicago: Expecting Pinball.

Hopefully you keeping saying this may one day manifest it. I'm more in the he will never score again camp.

Good chance Taiwo starts, I reckon. Doesn't tend to like Wood starting twice in a week and his pace against their high line seems like a good idea.

When was the last time anyone saw Taiwo kick a ball straight?

    Or run with any pace.

He's a coiled spring, waiting to explode. Or something that isn't a mixed metaphor.

More like a coiled spring waiting to unravel.

I'd happily take a loss right now if Taiwo played well and scored a brace.

Huh? That makes no sense. Why would Taiwo scoring in a defeat be better than Forest winning while Taiwo spends the day in the Victoria Centre picking up some bargains?

Might give him a bit of his mojo back. There was a time he scored in 7 consecutive Premier League games. Second half of the season, teams have already played us, seen how we beat them, can counter it. You always need alternative plans. Nuno said after we lost 3-0 to Manchester City that he was pleased with our second half performance, how it gave us a new alternative plan to develop. Awoniyi back on form would give us something else.

Not that Jim's right. That goes without saying.

Weird as normal. Why not a Forest win with Taiwo scoring a brace? Shady is on the mushrooms again... You're statement would have made more sense if you said "happy if Johnson gets a couple but Spuds still lose."..

    Chicago: Going for the Jugular.

Yeah all he said. Apart from the last bit. Obviously.

Imagine Wood gets badly injured next week. Rest of the season potentially falls apart. Even if we sign someone in January it's a hell of an ask for them to hit the ground running. Taiwo back (properly) would be hugely valuable.

I'd say our biggest danger is Spurs many fine attacking players.
