Anderson has played millions of games, some of the others are adjusting to having european as well as league games, some are just coming back from injury, some are just coming into the team. There's a bit of disruption, and a lot of being low in energy.

Long range tiny glimmer: Morato has done pretty well the last few games.

You presumably mean apart from being directly responsible for backbreaking goals in two of the last three matches?

You can look better, and make mistakes. Like, for example, the second best midfielder giving the ball away ridiculously cheaply for ultimately a goal.

Better =/== "pretty well". I would be willing to accept "not as abject as previously but still a liability" as a current descriptor.

This is three poor performances in a row from Forest. I know Dyche doesn't like making changes but, well, he should make some changes. I don't know what CHO has done to offend him but playing Ndoye on the wrong side over CHO is a demonstrably poor idea.

The most obvious concern is that we apparently can't handle not having Murillo in the side. A top quality centre-half is clearly a massive priority in the window.

If Dyche doesn't taste Cunha highly enough to play him yes.

    This typo makes me uncomfortable.

Well yes, better is not as laughably bad as previously. He looks at least at the level now. He's done a lot of work on his momvement, you can see that. I've never seen a good defender who doesn't make mistakes. Milenkovic made a lovely glanced own goal finish today, and even Sir Desmond had a critical own goal in him. It's partly a function of the job.

The problem with making changes is that you need to be sure that it's not going to make you even worse. There's a presumption that 'bad today' could have been fixed with 'hypothetical changes'. It may be true. It may not. I'd rather Sean Dyche was making those decisions than you or me. On average he'll be more right than us, but he wont be perfect. There is no perfect in football.

The frustration is that we probably don't have anyone better. It's a recruitment area that is in urgent need of focus.

Watching my first match of the season being that bad was fairly awful, but heavily compounded by standing next to the worst whining cunts I've ever come across.

Sometimes, Gibbs White needs to be subbed. He had little impact on the game other than to give the ball away

And so many times, there seemed to be a pass through the lines on, and it just didn't happen.

In a Forest crowd? I find that hard to believe...

That was the worst performance for a long time. Probably a couple of seasons at least.

Edit: my son reminded me of Bournemouth away last year 5-0. Maybe thamt one.

Yeah I keep seeing people saying we played ok today and got undone by clinical finishing. That's not the game I watched.

Three bad ones in a row. I'm a little nervous.

Other than the first 20 minutes and the two goals, Brighton wasn't too bad.

Ok, i can see how that reads but I stand by it.

I don't understand Dyche's thinking the last two games. We've lost pretty much all of our progressive instincts, we're focused on trying to keep the ball rather than using it, and we're trying to defend with numbers rather than structure.

    Aren't you perfectly describing "Dycheball"?

I don't know. I don't know if that's a thing, and if so what it is.
