Dislocation can often be a worse injury due to the tendon and ligament damage. I'm guessing at least two months out, maybe more, which is two months without the long-throw missiles.

It's a further development of the women's set up. Wilson was heavily involved in leading the women's side at Rangers I believe and seems to be following that up here. It does mean change, some players are leaving as they cannot commit to the amount of training that will be required next season, the coach has also left largely I think because the travel was already a big strain and would only increase with greater commitments. Ultimately it seems they intend to move towards a professional set up, which I do think is important as a regional leader for the game, hopefully alongside some support for the grassroots levels as well and a commitment to player development.
