Part of the skill in football is having your face in the right place. Not near the attackers knees.

I spent that game shitfaced in a French chateau somewhere near Bordeaux.
I think I was speaking Barton French while saying 'Yeovil' when trying to investigate the score.
That's all I've got
True story.
First five:
Brentford (h)
Palace (a)
West Ham (h)
Arsenal (a)
Burnley (a)
Last five:
Sunderland (a)
Chelsea (a)
Newcastle (h)
Manchester United (a)
Bournemouth (h)
I'm fairly happy with the first five. I think the initial games can really set the tone of your season, so you could do with some nice fixtures. They aren't the best, but they could certainly be worse.
Gives us a decent chance to put some points on the board at the start, tough finish.
Home games against teams we never beat at home to open and close.
Standard non-win at home to Muff then as we rest players ahead of the Conference final.
Having already sewn up the title
Fingers crossed someone has bought Wissa and Mbeumo before the start of the season and they don't hold out until the end of the window.
That is 100% going to happen isn't it. We'll end up playing both of them 4 times in league games.
4 times will be tough. But achievable if they are sold to Arsenal or West Ham after we play Brentford and then get transferred back after we play the reverse game against their "new" team and before we play our second game against Brentford.

<footballease cliché mode> No easy games at this level </footballease cliché mode>
Just seen that there's a Hundred fixture at TB on the 16th August. So guessing we'll move to the Sunday?
Would expect so, apparently the cricket club has had this down as their priority for a while.
Also, if we are in the Conference League (should Palace survive in the Europa) we will have playoff games on the Thursday of the following two weeks, so the next two games will also move to Sunday.
Willy Boly has signed a contract to the end of next season.
I haven't been this excited by multiple thread cross over news ACTION since MGW got his first England call up.
Anyone know what happened at the council meeting tonight?
