Looks like it's the company that they use for the queue system that have fucked something up rather than Forest per se. I hope there are clauses in the contract for this sort of thing. When you're buying a service that is probably only used 10-20 times a year* for 30 minutes each time, it's pretty awful when it breaks for one of those instances.
- I'm aware it's probably "active" most of the time, but you get my point.
If I was Forest, by now, I'd have stuck a notice on the OS and social media feeds apologising, and saying the purchase window for today is postponed until 2pm, while we try and get things fixed. Please keep tuned for further updates. Least it puts it to bed for a few hours and people can stop panicking and refreshing the page.

Well after the stress of the broken queue that was relatively painless. Loads of tickets left - I managed to get pretty much right behind some mates that had bought earlier in the week rather than just scrapping for what was left - so hopefully some good news for those on here who aren’t yet eligible.

I emailed the club, they have said everyone in window 5 will get a ticket.

Still a few thousand left. Many couldn’t have bothered as the message to start with was they would sell out during this window but they clearly won’t.

To be fair the wording is "Supporters are advised that we are likely to sell out during Sales Window 5" and probably some gave up when they couldn't access at 12.
Lots of those blocks at the top still have over 30% availability, so Monday will be a bunfight.

Think the numbers in Pro and Plus are limited, so only basic is available. Assume all the window 5 people have bought by now, wonder whether it will sell out in window 6 - doesn’t seem like a massive group.
