The political persecution of the President of OLYMPIACOS FC and the Club's Management was confirmed today after a multi-month process, which at every stage constitutes a disgrace to the Democracy of a " supposedly " European country .These are two categories of a military nature that are not based on even one ( ! ) real element , on a confession , on a dialogue , on anything that exists and is real !
They are based on leaps of " illogical logic" and fabrications by some who carried out Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis ' order to expel us, based on conspiracy theories and unthinkable assumptions that we supposedly gave a few dozen invitations to fans (something that all teams do and to a much greater extent) just as we give to politicians, judges, and police officers! Without any evidence that those who received an invitation from us did anything illegal.
We are being persecuted for issuing a statement that supposedly... incited the crowds after the match with Volos, only that when the statement was issued, it did not concern the Justice Department at a criminal level, but was instrumentalized months later!
They went so far as to accuse our administration because it was talking to fans of our team, as if there is an administration that does not talk to its fans. They went so far as to mention as “evidence” that we met with our fans on February 8th at Karaiskakis Stadium. In other words, they accused us because we talked to our fans at the Gate 7 memorial service!!! Gate 7 with the 21 dead and the tens of thousands of members that was treated as a whole as a “criminal organization” before the investigation was completed.
Unprecedented procedures, such as referring to an ELAS referral, instead of data, the phrase " it cannot be ruled out that the management of the Olympic FC is involved " and " famous " police officers such as "Vagelitsa of the EYP" and the... Wiretapping Scandal or the head of YAVAX Christologlou. The officer who may have lost hundreds of Croatian Nazis who traveled from Zagreb to Athens to murder AEK fan Michalis Katsouri for 1200 kilometers, but did not find who drove and hosted the Croatians, was never punished for this, on the contrary, the issue of his responsibilities was closed, one by one, by the State. Olympiacos FC and the management of the Amateur have nothing to do with what they are accused of and everyone knows that. Olympiacos FC has no connection to the case either, and for unspecified reasons has not been included in the indictment.
Everyone also knows that the management of the Amateur OSFP tried to postpone the match due to the days that coincided with the sad day of the murder of Grigoropoulos and there is always special tension on these days. Knowing all this, they led the process to this point, taking care to "inform" and announce the development of the case to the well-known - scandalously favored by the Mitsotakis government - slavish and parastatal collaborating media.
After the end of this undemocratic process, there will be no Greek who will not be informed of all aspects of the case and all the protagonists (whatever their status) who participated in this new, unimaginable conspiracy against Olympiacos, our President, the administration and our people.
We will initiate all necessary legal proceedings both in Greece and at the European level for all those who have exhausted their hostility against Olympiacos and believe that they can use our team for their political games.
Both the panicked prime minister and his government, who orchestrated and executed this black plan, and the business and publishing interests, who joined them and willingly presented a fabricated and vulgar indictment as a real case and as a real accusation, have now been exposed to every Olympiacos fan, to every thinking Greek.
From today, the OLYMPIAKOS family begins a fight for the truth to shine.
The instigators of this dark affair should know what OLYMPIC is before they decide to stand in front of millions of our fans exposed , dwarfed and naked !
