J'know, still to this day I struggle to read the word 'bench' without involuntarily simultaneously saying it in my head in the voice Colin Slater, erstwhile off (of) BBC Radio Nottingham, over emphasising the 'ch' bit as he did while droning on about the Notts team news. Bless him.
Thinking about it, he probably actually has some sort of memorial benchhh somewhere. I mean, I don't know know, obviously, hut it just feels like the sort of thing he might have. With a little brass plaque and everything. Like Arthur Fowler's. The tea leaf.

Nuno won it in October and then lost v Newcastle and Arsenal. Not sure I'd blame a curse for that.
