The Athletic have an article ranking each premier league team for their abilities in "the dark arts". Forest an impressive 3rd. Thank you Ryan Yates (gets a special mention for his free-kick winning tehnique and being a general irritant). Now, if we can get Brice back...

Alternative Take: Forest have excellent tactics, allowing them to conduct games more on their terms than spanish ballet merchants, while conducting game to the laws of the game as arbitrated by excellent officials and subject to secondary scrutiny in the broom cupboard. Ryan Yates is an outstanding footballer, treading the line between sinner and sinned against in exemplary fashion to maximise his performance and his teams match outcomes.

I presume no 1 was spudz, purely for Heung-Min Son being a smiling, loveable, diving cheat whose whinging and whining to referees is on a par with peak-Craig Bellamy.

No. Spurs were actually 20th, apparently based on Ange being a top bonzer geezer (on account of him saying “listen mate” in every interview) who doesn’t believe in delaying the game (mate)

Newcastle were top. Followed by Arsenal, us and Brentford.

Very easy to write when you're just copying and pasting the club's narrative. It might not even be incorrect, but it's straight from the mouth of the press office.

Club press office would have demanded the owners name was mentioned at least three teams.
They’re probably frantically trying to stop him seeing it or he’ll be furious.

I'd heard a rumour a while back from a fairly reliable source that Cartledge was likely going to be removed as chairman.

Forest have just announced that he's 'stepping down to spend more time on his family business' and will be replaced by Nicholas Randall for a second stint.

Isn't it his company behind the stand build?

Four mentions for our egotistical owner in the piece, so at least he'll be happy. Especially at being described as ambitious and how the club is "in great hands" with him.
