Yes and no.
I imagine that's a very small number of people (which would probably tally with the number of people giving up their season ticket).
But I'd also question if anyone went to every game in the Championship, but didn't bother getting a season ticket, given they were available?

Also makes a mockery of opening up the season ticket waiting list to anyone, given they are (rightly) being offered on booking history. The club has just made £120k for essentially nothing.

Transparency would be useful. Doesn't take much for the club to say how many Season Tickets went to the list and how they were allocated. And, you could argue, they are obliged to, given it's a pretty critical element of what people are actually paying for.

I think there is a player in there,and I thought the club rated him - he was apparently carrying a knock for weeks at the end of the season. I'd be surprised if we let him go for this sort of fee.
