Perhaps he said that we are hopeful that Taiwo will be back for runin'? One day. Maybe.

    Season ticket waiting list: www.nottinghamforest.co.uk/news/2024/april/11/nottingham-forest-introduces-official-season-card-waiting-list-/

Guess this will give them some idea of how big to build the Toton Superdome.

Looks like the new financial rules will 85% of turnover can be spent on squad costs (wages, amortisation, agent fees). If you apply that to last year we were around £50M over so cuts coming, probably with ticket price increases

£50m! Jesus C. Why an earth did this get approval by the PL. It's going to make the division even more unequal isn't it?

How does it work with owner contributions, is their still an amount of equity that can be put in to cover some costs as there is now?

Understanding Maguire's calculations a bit better, he is assuming 80% of our wage bill is not playing squad, so if we take that we are about £22M over this calculation.

Funnily enough he says only 5 of the "big 6" and Brighton would be able to spend more than they currently do, everyone else has to cut costs.

Do player sales count towards turnover?

Increased ticket prices can hardly make a dent - our total last season was about £11m, so adding 10% only adds a million for a club that turned its nose up at a serious multiple of that in sponsorship last season.

80% of our wage bill is not playing staff?

Weren't wages about 150m, so only 30m playing staff can't be right if people on 60-80k a week?

I expected something like that. So I'm surprised 14+ clubs voted for it.

Sorry, typing error. Assumes 80% of the total is playing squad.

Yes, you would have to triple ticket prices to cover the gap. Although I'm sure big rises will be coming.

It's like pretending to reduce inequality by increasing taxation on income instead of wealth.

As a member it costs around 1k to watch the 19 home games.

The club will know ST offer very very good value in comparison to this.
