Think it’s consistent isn’t it? He doesn’t think anyone will be in breach but The Times asked him who’d be closest and he said us, which gives them a headline - “clubs will probably find out in two weeks they’ll all be fine for FFP” isn’t going to get many clicks.
Also I presume the losses mentioned include promotion bonuses? If so I thought I had read they weren't included?
