Brentford fans are bigly mad because their club told them it was sold out. Presumably they didn't think they'd sell the additional section, which is what they returned.

Just keep looking. They pop up randomly. Took about a week for me to see Burnley and Brentford tickets available (I always forget the sale dates!)
