Has Nuno brought any staff with him yet?
Didn't recognise anyone on the bench yesterday. No Reid or Reid, I think.
Be sad to see them go, but that's football. Interested to know if it's the same staff he had at Wolves / Spurs / Saudi.
I’d read Steven Reid was asked to stay but a decision hadn’t been made on Andy.
Hopefully the set piece coach stays given we finally scored from a corner and did cause a few more problem.
Toffolo's contact extended to the end of next season.
Premier League clubs will learn in the next two weeks if any will face charges for new breaches of financial rules, with Nottingham Forest seen by experts as being most at risk.
Forest are considered to be sailing close to the wind because of their heavy spending while in the Championship and since winning promotion, and there are also concerns that Everton could face a second charge in consecutive seasons of breaching profit and sustainability rules (PSR).
The Times asked me which club was closest to the limit and based on Forest only being able to lose £61m over three years and their spending last season they don’t have a lot of wiggle room. Not the same as saying they have breached the limit though
Good for the fans though. Who doesn't like a tight game of accountancy?

Clearly our bookkeepers need more passion.

That's a bit odd as I'm sure I heard him say, fairly recently, he didn't think any clubs other than Everton were seriously at risk.

Might not have contravened the rules? Where's the ambition?

Think it’s consistent isn’t it? He doesn’t think anyone will be in breach but The Times asked him who’d be closest and he said us, which gives them a headline - “clubs will probably find out in two weeks they’ll all be fine for FFP” isn’t going to get many clicks.
Also I presume the losses mentioned include promotion bonuses? If so I thought I had read they weren't included?
If we have blown the limits by a chunk then someone is going to be sacked. It seems a very fundamental error.
Can we not just flounce off, and throw FFP in a bush?
If we do that…Rooney is looking for work…
