Had an email about having to create a myforest account and link it to ticketing account. Log in to ticketing is via email rather than reference number it seems.
Has anyone else tried?
I've made it work now I think but the instruction pdfs in the email are rubbish. I had to create a new ticketing account which there isn't any mention of in the instructions unless I am being an idiot.

It worked fine for me. If you've created a new tickiting account, does it know you are a season ticket holder?

Yes it recognised it from the email.
Issue is all 5 accounts are registered to my email so I can't create and link any of the others apart from my own.
Further issue is my dad doesn't have an email account at all, he and my mum just share one.
I've emailed the tidket office for help.
I'm still not seeing how the instructions tell you you need to create a new ticketing account but must just be me.
I have just assumed that forest don't want me to ever buy anything again, and I have got with the programme.
They're asking me to create a new account as well despite not having bought a ticket from them in probably a decade.
I've received the email but it hasn't got to the top of my immediate must do emergency list yet.
Jim in about a week's time: "I tried to log on to buy tickets for XXX fixture and it made me go through this whole process to set up a new account and by the time I had finished they were all sold out, why would Forest do this to me?"
Will we need to install an authenticator?
I struggled, but got there in the end. A lot of it seemed counter intuitive, e.g having to create an account despite the account link knowing my details already when I logged in. As you say though, it does go tits up if you have two accounts on the one email.
Quite a few Brentford tickets on re-sale if anyone is bothered.
