Front three interchangeable but no support, just relying on Konate or Osong to beat someone to create something. Leeds front three excellent, causing no end of problems.
Ref weak. Buying every Leeds fall, but not seeing their repeated shirt pulling, gamesmanship, time wasting.

And this is why it's hard to get excited about anything the club does structurally. On paper Wilson and Stockwell could be a decent pairing long term, but then we had Murphy and Syrianos not long ago and they seemed to be doing quite well, until we sacked them for a slow start to the season at a new level well above what we were used to in very difficult circumstances.

It will be be interesting to see where Brazil ends up. He’s overseen the development of some decent Championship players with maybe 3 of PL. He also seems a decent chap.
But is he as highly rated as our fanbase think?

Not sure why the tone of this, but Gary is 60 now, so it's hard to say what he might want next, never mind what might be offered. That doesn't diminish what he has done here, which is huge in the context of the club during the period concerned.

There wasn’t meant to be a tone - he has done very well and was a good constant over some very iffy years for us.
It’s just the noise elsewhere suggests we will have no academy without him which simply won’t be the case. Who knows, the next team might be better.
Paul Hart, Nick Marshall and Gary Brazil have all been decent.

Among the top 16 teams in the EPL with a cat 1 academy so will possibly see our U21s invited to enter the EFL Trophy next season.
Which is nice.
