Kudos for some bang on scouting there.

Funny you should say that but I had a strangulated Hernia that caused an Infarction It's like being electrocuted. It was caused by running down a pothole whilst chasing a ball so Trauma. Had surgery. Back playing in the month. I think Taiwo will feature in pre-season. Call it a hunch.
Chicago: Fan of the Pitt.

Let's start a book.
I'll have October.

I still find it hilarious a panel cleared him over that nazi salute.
£19.99 to watch all the remaining pre-season games. It's a good offer but they'd have to pay me more than that.
Careful, you'll be derided for even considering such a ridiculous purchase when you could be outside enjoying the delights of summer instead.
According to some Gary Lineker pod, Steve Parish of Palace reckons he's been told that Forest's letter caused UEFA to kick them out.
It's certainly firing up the good old Forest hate that had receded last season.
Does seem an object lesson in blame dodging

Nick Miller is a Forest fan, so that'll get dismissed. But i don't have a sub and can't read that sadly.
How bad would Luton have felt if they'd stayed up last year at our expense?
Stupid rule? Check
Technical breach? Check
Resolved in a timely manner? Check
Place in a higher competition taken away because of the punishment (hypothetically)? Check
The main gist of the article is that Palace gave UEFA a generic email address for comms, plus they ignored a communication from the EPL warning them about the impact of multi club ownership, and now they're crying because they're being punished for not doing the things multiple orgs told them they would have to do.
Parrish is really starting to look like quite a clown.

If we did just write asking for clarification, now would be a good time for someone from the club to give an interview or use Percy to get their side out, as per.

That will just be spun as special pleading; they can’t win (& would risk incurring UEFA’s wrath for commenting in an issue that is still subject to CAS proceedings).
Besides, there’s clarification & clarification. On the one hand even Steve Whiny Parrish would struggle to complain about a letter that said “Oi! When are we going to get a decision on this stuff? It’s impossible for Forest & Palace to plan / budget as things stand”.
On the other hand, a letter that said “Oi! You made us jump through these bloody hoops; please tell me you’re not going to give Palace a free pass” would be spun totally differently.
Personally I think both types are completely reasonable - only the “Miss, Palace are cheating” version that is so widely claimed on the interwebs would be shoddy. But there would have been zero point in writing that one, since the fact of Palace’s possible problem was being widely reported days before Forest’s letter.
Far better to say nothing.

I think beaky is kidding himself if he thinks UEFA were only going to uphold the rules as someone was bothered by them.
