Neco shown doing physical testing, so either the injury he got playing for Wales wasn't too bad or the club is bluffing again. Also the physio with the Oasis hair is there, so didn't pay the price for the Awoniyi debacle.
Also interesting that the club have published the numbers at the top 2 membership tiers. 5,500 "pro" members @ £99 a go and 5,000 "plus" @ £75. So that's £920,000 (don't believe there are any concessions?), before they've sold an unlimited number of £45 normal members or any tickets.
And with 20,000 season tickets and 3,000 away fans, if all those pro members take up their ticket (obviously, they usually don't), only leaves a worse than one in three chance for the plus members.
Yeah, I'm a Pro member and always get a ticket - but my mate who is a Plus member finds it difficult. He needs to be online as soon as they go on sale and take whatever he can get.
You were able to renew it, if you had one last year, but I don't think you can just buy one afresh now no. I guess there might be a window for people to 'move up' probably by invite but don't think it's widely advertised or anything official.
Just realised Forest/TicketMaster now also won't work on my work laptop due to the ZScaler VPN. So that's my work laptop and my personal phone (Google VPN) both now blocked. I guess this is one way to increase ticket sales to new customers.
Yeah, as I understand it, selected middle-tier members who have the best attendance history over a certain period are emailed and invited to apply for a top-tier membership until that's full (much like Ingo's invitation to purchase a s-t as one of the top-tier members with the best attendance)
Then the process is repeated for bottom-tier members until the second tier is full.
Kit launch video is out later today, apparently, which I’m not sure I’m looking forward to on account of Mrs Charlie being part of the filming a couple of months ago. She will be pleased if she’s in it and looks good, furious otherwise. I’m not holding my breath. I can reveal now that I do know what the kit looks like, and in Mrs Charlie’s view it is very good. Then again, she never saw SVC in it.
