The usual. They all sat around admiring a £40m hole in the budget trying to figure out where all the money has gone whilst patting themselves on the back about their shiney new £40m library they can't afford to open much. Hopefully they'll get some more money for outdated buildings soon, otherwise Nottingham will never get it's new windmill.
